  I gave this place a 5 star review before, but since then it was sold to new owners.  Ive noticed its not as busy as it once was, but I like the program and the equipment is fairly newer.  Its not cheap that's for sure.  You will be paying close to $50 bucks a month and locked into a year contract.  Also remember they are typically latched onto your bank account so if your year mark is coming up... you have to give them a written letter saying you no longer want to be with them and its 30days from that point.  You get an intimate setting and its clean. 
  Lets start off my new review by saying I love Tina and she is the only reason I have remained at this club.  Her professionalism shines.  She is the Manager and is great at her job very personable.  This weekend on Saturday I got to meet the owner.  He was quite the character.  Did not know how to treat people and has no compassion at all for the industry that he is in.  At one point he started yelling at me, in front of other customers.  After I told him he had no compassion and he is lucky his business is still open... especially with the way he treats people.  I didn't mention yet the fact of when I was working out.  He was following the poor girl that works there around kind of hounding her.  Like I am sure these people function without you all week just fine.  It was making me feel awkward and others I am sure.  Without getting into the situation between him and I too much... it basically boiled down to he wasn't doing his job and didn't like being called out on the fact that I pay my monthly fee for a certain job they do, and if I am paying for your services they should be provided and without condescending attitude and yelling.  Nobody is going to try and scare me or make me feel a certain way because you are not doing your job right.  He acted like I should just stand there and take how he was talking to me.  It was pretty pathetic and even one of the ladies who was working out with me overheard what was going on and gave my arm a squeeze going out the door as to comfort me.  Because like I said this was done in front of clients.  So I would suggest in the future that he just makes himself a silent partner and doesn't show face in that place.  Leave the business to the real women who run it and maybe your business will prosper better.  I will leave this review up until I see things change for the better.  I deserve a nice comfortable place to come to work out and not feel like someone is going to yell or try and demean me in front of other people.
  **Update**
  I have since cancelled my membership to this facility and found another gym.  Like I said before.. make sure you cancel 30 days in advance.  I wrote them via USPS and email 60 plus days in advance.  Just to ensure it was properly done.
